More Stuff

The world is full of people who don't have much interest in anything meaningful. They mostly just want more stuff. They don't really know how to discuss or dialogue about anything with depth; they just want more stuff. They don't volunteer anywhere, they don't contribute very much to their communities; they just want more stuff. If they don't have more stuff, they blame somebody else for their lack of more stuff. Most people are not very compassionate nor are they very considerate, but they've all learned something very useful. If they smile and appear to have wealth, more people will like them, and their bad behavior will be overlooked. I'm sometimes appalled at how bad behavior is so often justified, and equally surprised that so many will continue friendships with those who behave badly, accepting or overlooking the bad behavior, especially if their bad behaving friends are attractive, and have a lot of stuff.
